Class Types
Keystone Studio offers two class types: Private Pilates & Small Group Pilates.
Both class types use a combination of mat, reformer, spine corrector, combo chair and small props for 55min.
Private Pilates
A Pilates class where all the attention is focused on you. This 1:1 session begins with a consultation regarding your goals (Pilates, functional, injury/pain related, etc) and relevant physical history. A series of exercises are then formulated for your needs on that given day.
Small Group Pilates
A Pilates class with a maximum of 3 clients per class. Each client is instructed separately, rotating between various pieces of equipment and completing exercises based on their own needs.
*A private class is encouraged prior to attending your first small group to ensure a mutual understanding of your needs while appropriate Pilates foundations are in place.
